Who we are
MaintIQ is operated by Nexro Logistics LLC ("Nexro", "we", "us"). Fleets send their drivers' roadside service requests through MaintIQ to the providers who use it.
Who this covers
This policy explains how the MaintIQ mobile app and this website handle information about the roadside service providers who use MaintIQ: tire services, mechanics and parts stores.
What we collect
- Account details you enter at sign-up: business name, contact name, email, phone number, the area you cover, your service type and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Location. The base location and travel radius you choose. While the app is open and you are online, your device's current location, which is used to send you requests near you and to show distances. The app does not collect location while it is closed.
- Your quotes and jobs: the prices, ETAs, notes and job status updates you send.
- Parts and help requests you post or accept.
- A push notification token for your device, so new requests can reach you. Signing out removes it.
How we use it
- To review and approve provider accounts.
- To match roadside requests to providers by service type and distance.
- To show your quotes to the fleet dispatch team deciding on the job, and to run the job once you are approved.
- To send notifications about requests and decisions.
- To keep the service secure, including limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
Who sees it
- The fleet that sent the request (its dispatch team) sees your business name, phone number, quotes and job progress for requests you respond to.
- Drivers' details (name, phone, unit numbers) are shared with you only after your quote is approved for that job. Use them only to complete that job.
- Other providers see your business name and, after a parts or help request is accepted, the phone number of the provider on the other side of that request.
- Service providers that run the platform for us: hosting, database and push notification delivery (Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; Apple Push Notification service on iPhone).
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
- Go offline in the app at any time to stop receiving requests.
- Turn off location or notifications in your phone's settings. You may then receive fewer or no requests.
- Ask us to correct or delete your account using the contact details below.
Retention and security
We keep account and job records while your account is active and as long as needed for job records and disputes, then delete them. Data is sent over encrypted connections, and passwords are never stored in readable form.
Children
MaintIQ is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let providers know in the app.
